Mitja is a BBS lecturer and the head of Module 2.
Tuškej was born in 1961. He finished studying at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Ljubljana in 1984 with the thesis The Importance and Role of Preliminary Marketing Research.
He started his professional career in 1984 with the company Emona Commerce. He did his traineeship there and, just after finishing it, he took over Management of the Division / Department of Planning and Analysis. While in this position he finished the installation of a PC information system in the company, which was quite unusual for 1987 in Slovenia.

In 1987 he started to »heal« the production department where he first entered the field of marketing. He was in charge of launching the first brand when he also met Formitas BBDO for the first time. After the successful launch of the brand, he moved to Formitas BBDO.
He soon became a partner at Formitas BBDO. He significantly contributed to the growth of Formitas BBDO – the agency has developed from a team of five people into today’s full-service agency of 46 experts.
He specialises in analysis and strategic planning. Yet his first love remains the same – he is an excellent and very passionate Account Director. He most enjoys preparing complex strategic plans at both the brand and corporate level. He is at his best putting complex data into a logical framework.
In recent years he has also become a lecturer at different marketing schools.
